LilMussolini
Recently I've noticed that every once in a while when I'm playing games that I will press a key like w to move forward and after I release it I will continue to move. If anyone has any suggestions for how to fix this that would be great.
Corsair Employees Corsair Calico Jack Posted May 9, 2019 Corsair Employees Share Posted May 9, 2019 Try performing a soft-reset: We would first suggest you try a soft-reset of the keyboard. This will clear the keyboard internal memory, which often corrects issues such as the one you are experiencing. Please follow the directions below: 1: Unplug the keyboard. 2: Press the Esc key 3: While holding the Esc key, plug in the keyboard. 4: Hold the key down for 10 seconds. 5: Release the key. Try also checking your system resources, cuz it could also be lag.
vbraga
I'm having a similar issue. I think it may be on the computer side. I used my keyboard for work for a few years on a beefy dell desktop (dont remember the model) and it had no problems. Now I'm using a Dell XPS 2-in-1 laptop through a Dell TB16 dock and I get that problem almost constantly when my BIOS switch is set to anything 1-4. Typing emails look like this: Hello, hooooooooooooooooooooo and it holds down that letter until I press on another letter. If I set my BIOS switch to position 8, my keyboard isnt detected by iCUE but I have no problems at all when it comes to typing. I'm not able to set the polling rate on iCUE as it is grayed out. Is that because it is set physically on the keyboard switch?
