raizo
Hello, I'm coming to you because I have a problem with the kite extension Strip RGB Corsair (obviously) I connect the 4 tape Seris that I connect on the pro order and nothing happens, it's not do not light at all and I do not think it comes from it. It's been 3 days that I look for a solution and I can not find anything. I put my bios a day and nothing of that side, I'm lost. On my pro order I already have 6 LL 120 RGB fan which works without worry.
DevBiker
Did you configure the Lighting Channel for the 4 strips? They aren't auto-detected.
raizo
yes I put them in the channel and I also test different lighting but nothing works [/img]
Corsair Employees Corsair Calico Jack Posted May 7, 2019 Corsair Employees Share Posted May 7, 2019 You don't have the extension cable applied. The cable you put on is the RGB cable for the Lighting Hub. The cable you need to use has one male end and one female end.
raizo
Problem solved apparently, I simply reverse the 2 channel on the Pro Commander I have the Bands on channel 1 and the fans on the 2 and it works, I do not know how to explain it
DevBiker
It's quite possible that channel 2 isn't provided power and channel 1 is. Could be a blown fuse. That would certainly explain it.
