Pad Posted May 3, 2019 Share Posted May 3, 2019 Corsair, I don't know if you have your devs huffing ketamine or what. I’ve had a Straif RGB Silent for a year or so now. It will work ok with one version of iCUE. Then I update and the RED LED on the F6 key stops working. Also, your Corsair Service (C:\Program Files (x86)\Corsair\CORSAIR iCUE Software\Corsair.Service.exe) is not fit for purpose! There are 8 crash dumps from this “software” in my system between the 1st and 3rd of May. Corsair Employee Corsair Calico Jack Posted May 3, 2019 Corsair Employee Share Posted May 3, 2019 Hi Pad, If it is the software causing the LED issue, try just deleting the lighting settings you have currently applied, and then remake them. You can also copy each effect and delete the old ones. See if that makes any difference. The crash dumps are probably Windows force closing the driver when you shut down or restart the PC.
