iCUE Lighting Profiles not launching

iCUE software version:

3.15.101

 

Keyboard:

K70 Lux RGB, Firmware v. 3.08

 

Mouse:

M65 Pro RGB, Firmware v. 3.06

 

Hi guys,

I'm hoping someone might be able to help please.

 

Using the iCUE software, I have lighting profiles (keyboard and mouse) for World of Tanks and World of Warships. I'm not sure when the issue started but I noticed today that the lighting profile is not launching when I start either game. I updated the iCUE software to 3.15.101 today and have also tried stopping and re-starting the software/ service in addition to rebooting my machine; however, neither has rectified the issue.

 

I would be grateful for any advice/ help that you might be able to offer.
