New Build, installed H115i pro and LINK or iCUE software is not detecting the device

How do I fix this? I see all the information for my GPU, My processor and Motherboard, but in the program itself the H115i Pro is not being detected. Ive tried reseating the connection to my motherboard. It seems like the device is working properly as the temperatures are all at good levels, although I havent pushed the system at all.

 

Anyone have any ideas?

Since the cooler is working in terms of cooling your CPU, it's possible that you have a faulty micro USB cable. If you have a spare one, I'd try it and see if that'd get your cooler detected. You're using the latest iCUE version right?
