Can't create a ticket...

I want to create a ticket but it doesn't let me...

 

I enter all the fields with information but when I click "NEXT" it shows -"Error. Part Number is required"-

 

It doesn't let me put the PART NUMBER: CP-9020045-NA

 

Can someone help me please. What's wrong?

 

P.S. I need to RMA my PSU AX760

Hello mrevilbean,

 

Please enter another unit and I can change it on the ticket for you. Just let me know the ticket number in a PM. I will contact the IT department regarding the missing part number.

Thanks mate! I finally managed to send the ticket with the correct part number. I think it was a glitch with the site.

Anyway thank you very much for the attention.
