quannash
I can't install iCUE software since ver 3.11.114. It was the same issue with the all versions released after too. I uninstalled the 3.11.114 properly, but newer versions refuse to be installed saying old version can not be removed. I used Ccleaner, Windows 10 manager to scan and find every bit of reg keys, dump files and all corsair related files/folders that needed to be ereased from my system, but still have the same problem. Before we were able to find older versions' set up files in order to download when such a problem occurs, but can't find those anymore. Also, my RM850i PSU CP-9020083-EU can't be recognized by iCUE nor newer Corsair LINK software. If I use older version of Corsair LINK sofetware ( 4.7.0.77 ), PSU can be seen and customized with the software, so PSU connected to the system as it should be. Silencr4K
I would personally backup windows then restore from that backup. Also, have you tried installing Link first?
Corsair Employees Corsair Calico Jack Posted April 16, 2019 Corsair Employees Share Posted April 16, 2019 Try following the directions here to manually find all the related Corsair files: https://support.corsair.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/77/kw/clean Then use this MSI fix. That should get you around your update issue: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/windows-fix-problems-that-block-programs-being-installed-or-removed As far as the RM850i, please make sure CLINK is entirely removed from the system before installing iCUE. The hardware drivers in CLINK can cause havoc with detection if not removed.
