Deejay877 Posted April 1, 2019 Share Posted April 1, 2019 I’ve had the Corsair One for nearly 3 weeks and it worked flawlessly. However, today I left the pc on whilst I went to work for 4 hours so it could install some games, and when I returned the pc was in bios mode. Every time I tried to reboot my pc it would return to the bios. After looking in the bios, it only shows my hdd, and so my guess is that my pc can’t find the SSD. Windows 10 is installed on that and so it doesn’t boot. Edit: I’ve found a storage device in M2_1, which I assume is the SSD. But the problem still remains. When I turn on the computer it goes straight to bios, and when I close the bios and reboot the computer it goes straight back into bios. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Corsair Employee Corsair CJ Posted April 1, 2019 Corsair Employee Share Posted April 1, 2019 Try the following: Completely unplug your CORSAIR ONE then press and hold the CMOS reset button on the back of the system for about 5-10 seconds.
