Value Select Matched Pair Warranty

hi,

 

I have a bit of a problem. I bought a 1GB PC 3200 VS matched pair and one of the modules is faulty. Im running them at the correct timings 3-4-4-8 200Mhz in an A7N8X and i got memtest errors when i had both dimms installed. By process of elimination ive identified that its definitely not the slots and its actually one of the two dimms. My problem is i bought them from a local computer store and ive lost my proof of purchase. Does the warranty still apply. Can i post them back to Corsair?

Please send us a email with a copy of the form or all of your info name address and phone# and the Module part# and copy the link to this post and email it to Rma@corsairmemory.com.

If after 1 day or 24 hours excluding weekends you do not get the rma please email the same to warranty@corsairmemory.com and we will help to resolve it.
