How to open a ticket concerning shipping

Hello, I did an order on corsair.com on the 25/03, but my order has not moved since that day. The items are "booked" according to my order page, but nothing happened. Since chat is offline, I was wondering how I could contact support about this order.

Ticket are only about technical support so I could not find a way to send it.

Hello GeologueDETER,

 

Do you have a order number I can look at? Also to create a ticket even if it is for a question go to support.corsair.com and create an account. Create a ticket with your question and you're good. :)

Hello, I gave my command number to another corsair employee from the forum, we should be able to solve thign. About the ticket, I could not create a ticket, since it always ask me to fill the "part number section" that I obviously don't have
