Support Ticket 871966 Limited replies

hi i created a support ticket for

 

Ticket # 871966

 

however this is taking a fair bit of time to get sorted out replies every few days & has now been a week, I have asked several times in the ticket for an advanced RMA as im without a PSU for my system at the moment, Is there any chance someone here at corsair forums can check the ticket and sort out accordingly ? Thanks

I am very sorry about the delay in responses from the representative. I've message the representative in regards to the ARMA delay. If you can please check your ticket when you login to support.corsair.com there will be an option to input your information to get the ARMA started. If you have any questions please respond through the ticket and I will be glad to assist you.
