Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted March 10, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted March 10, 2005 Please talk to your reseller. as most off shore resellers will provide service. If they will not or cannot help you then please follow the link in my signature. But before you do that can you tell me the make and model of MB you have along with the CPU speed and it’s FSB as well? In addition, please tell me the bios settings you have set for both CPU and memory and any performance settings that you may have set?

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted March 10, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted March 10, 2005 Yes, you can do that, however you would no longer have a matching set of modules.

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted March 11, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted March 11, 2005 We are in the USA! And it will depend on how you send the modules and on customs, but average would be about 7-10 days once received.

Wired
They can replace only one stick of a TwinX pack, HOWEVER, when they do that means that the two sticks are no longer a TwinX pack. It is highly recommended to RMA both sticks to ensure compatibility.
