ClusterVape
since i updated icue to ver. 3.13.94 my AIO is no longer being recognized by icue unless it is plugged directly into a usb 2.0 header, instead of the commander pro its been running off of for months. i have tried uninstalling/repairing icue, looking for malfunctioning drivers, and switching usb headers. i dont know whether my commander pros headers have bit the dust or if it is simply a software issue. has anyone else experienced this issue since the update or know a fix besides using a splitter? Corsair Employees Corsair Calico Jack Posted March 29, 2019 Corsair Employees Share Posted March 29, 2019 Not a software issue generally. USB passthroughs can be a bit... unreliable depending on the ports they're connected to on the board. You can try reinstalling iCUE. If it's software related, it should stop happening. If it comes up again after the reinstallation, then maybe it's just an issue with the system not booting the passthrough on startup, in which case, does Restarting the Corsair Service in the Settings menu fix it?
