dam.o Posted March 9, 2019 Share Posted March 9, 2019 ello, I bought a power corsair HX750i February 13, 2019 in a LDLC store in St quentin en yvelines The diet worked well until March 4, 2019, and since then nothing. My computer shut down suddenly.:[pouts: The fan of the power supply is no longer turning. I also plugged the power into another computer and it still does not work. Once you've created a ticket please let me know and I will be glad to assist you with it. Also may I recommend contacting the retailer you purchased your unit from to see if they can swap it out on the spot? As an RMA would require you to send in the unit first before a replacement is sent out. I don't mind helping you out either way, just think the turn around time is faster since you maybe still in the exchange period with the retailer.
