Jynx175
When i am playing games my cooler will make this noise, when i unplug the fans, it stops. So im wondering if something is unbalanced or are my fans going bad. Video to the sound here, [ame] [/ame]
c-attack
Either the wire is tangled up in the fan, or more likely the bearing has failed. You can contact Corsair through the ticket support system and see if they will replace the offending fan. However, I am of the opinion your life would be better by replacing them with just about anything else. Even when brand new, those fans are a long way from soothing. A different 120mm PWM fan would likely improve the experience. The Corsair ML120 (non-rgb) is an easy choice, but there are others.
Jynx175
I do not see any cables in the fan so im gonna guess the one fan is just going bad tbh, its just annoying but i replace then, Thanks!
hellasinc
i had the same noise on all 3 of my replacements I was told it was air bubbles stuck but I could never get them to go away . im currently about to replace it for the fourth time
c-attack
Ugh. iif that is the pump, that's pretty bad. It seems too loud to be air bubbles, but maybe... The obvious troubleshooting step here should be to unplug the fans. Still making noise? It's the pump. You can try tilting the case (while the pump is running) or cycling pump speed from low to high to low and again every 10 seconds to try and disrupt the bubbles. Still sounds too loud for bubbles, but maybe the mic worked extremely well.
