MSI 915P Neo2 + CM2X512-4300Pro

Hi,

I've got an MSI 915P Neo2 board with a single CM2X512-4300Pro stick in it at the moment.

I wanted to upgrade to 1gb total RAM, I was wondering if I bought another CM2X512-4300Pro would I be able to run them dual-channel without any stability issues or do I need to bin the single stick and get a "TwinX" setup. Obviously I'd like to avoid this as I only got the stick about five weeks ago, but I'm guessing it would be pointless to buy another one if they can't work together in Dual-channel mode.

Cheers, sorry if it's a bit of a n00b question, I'm fairly new to all this :)

So, I ordered another stick of the same from the same retailer I got the last one from (five weeks ago), slapped it in the motherboard.....works fine.

Running beautifully in dual-channel, interleaved mode with no stability issues whatsoever. Has bumped up my 3Dmark03 score to 8500 (was 8200 before), nice, and has significantly improved performance in Half-Life2 and DoomIII.

Corsair memory rocks!! :D
