Shoveholer
Hi All, I am looking to upgrade my fans. I have a Asus Prime z270-k motherboard with enough headers for 3 fans. If I buy the dual pack ML140 pro and a single ML120 pro do i need another node/hub to get it all working? Thanks in advance.
Zotty
Hi buddy,,, Nope you would get everything you need in the Double ML RGB Fan pack, you would only be able to Control the fans RGB though (in iCUE).. RPM's would be controlled through your Motherboards software or Bios.. If you wanted full control of both RGB and RPM in iCUE then you would need a Commander Pro have a good read of the below linked thread. covers this exact subject :) http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=173880
c-attack
No, that should be it. The twin pack ML140-RGB should have a Lighting Node Pro (LNP) for the software and the RGB Lighting Hub for the lighting power. Fan power will still come from your motherboard headers. You can mix 120/140 sizes to your heart's content. Same number of LEDs on each.
