Sho
My 115i platinum was making grinding noise. I sent it in to be replaced. Guess what? The replacement is doing the same thing. I can not run the pump on quiet with out it making a horrible noise. Seems to be fine on balanced but it's much louder. I was with out my system for 2 weeks. Not going to go through ripping the thing apart and waiting 2 weeks to reinstall it. No I do not have a spare cooler nor should I have to buy one because corsair sells poor QC units. Moreover, the software is horrible with the constant disconnects.
Krokarn
The Platinum models have a pump that gives more noice because the higher rpm on the pump. The PRO models are quiter.
Sho
The main point the replacement still makes a grinding noise. What kinda of QC does corsair have? I don't care it's not their pump, they should have better quality control and not let this crap be released. It sounds like the pump is struggling to push the fluid at a low RPM.
