Andred Posted March 1, 2019 Share Posted March 1, 2019 Hi, I was trying to update to version 3.13.95 from 3.10.125. I got al kinds of errors so I tried to uninstall. More errors. I decided to wipe all Corsair Icue software , user-files also from the registry. But I keep on getting still an error [1] what seems to be an error 2753 according to the logfile. HELP!!! DEBUG: Error 2753: The File 'FDriverInstallToolx64' is not marked for installation. The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2753. The arguments are: FDriverInstallToolx64, , Action ended 15:15:46: CA_InstallCLinkDrivers_x64. Return value 3. Corsair Employees Corsair Calico Jack Posted March 29, 2019 Corsair Employees Share Posted March 29, 2019 I'd suggest restarting the PC first. On boot, turn off your AV and try reinstalling. If that doesn't work, try reinstalling in Safe mode. Finally, there might be a file still present on the PC you missed.
