mmfish Posted February 25, 2019 Share Posted February 25, 2019 Headset was charged overnight via USB. Try to turn on today and wouldn't turn on, off on button has no effect. Did reset through the reset hole on dongle had no effect. The unit is inactive. Open up Icue which sees the unit but of course on Icue there's no way to troubleshoot unit and test anything as far as I can see. Since technical support was not open today I submitted a support ticket which would probably be as a response to this post eventually by Corsair person. In reading different posts on this forum it appears this headset has a lot of problems is that everyone's experience? Does anyone have a headset that's been problem free? mmfish Posted February 25, 2019 Author Share Posted February 25, 2019 After charging overnight, turned on and computer speaker icon clicked saying 24%.Turned off headphone, didn't turn on. Plugged in charger for 30min, turned on again. Appears that battery not holding charge. Only was to keep it in use is to keep it plugged in to charger. Thoughts?
