Corsair Employees Corsair Calico Jack Posted February 22, 2019 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 22, 2019 Does it work fine when unplugged and reconnected? If not, create a ticket and we'll throw you the firmware, as it could be a firmware issue with the mouse.

H100iuser
Pulled out my mouse from storage and tested it. Updated the firmware and ran calibration. No errors so far. Maybe the mouse firmware is corrupt. Have you tried forcing firmware update again? Do update to the latest software version, it might fix the problem.
