Kali
Hi everyone ! First sorry in advance for my english if it's bad ! I'm here because i would like to have an information about my actual configuration, this last summer i build my first computer on my own and i choose an AMD Ryzen 1700x, with ASUS prime b350 plus and memory CORSAIR VENGEANCE lpx 2666mhz -> CMK16GX4M2Z2666C16 During this few month i have some stuttering in game, and on windows 10, i'm a youtubber so when i record it's worth. I send my graphic card NVIDIA 1060 to MSI Tech to see if something wrong about but they didn't see anything. Now i was wondering, because on memory compatibility i don't see my ram CMK16GX4M2Z2666C16 for my ASUS B350 prime plus and when i decided to choose the ram, i was focus on AMD Ryzen... So can anyone please give me information about this compatibility who may cause the little stuttering ?? PS : Sorry everyone, my mistake, it's CMK16GX4M2A2666C16 for my ram so it's good ! Very sorry ! Solved ! Edited February 21, 2019 by Kali
Vegan
I agree stuttering is a very annoying problem. The R7 1700X is a good processor and the RAM timing is fairly good. a pair of 8GB sticks is fairly standard you have fast enough memory for your CPU to run at max speed have you checked for a new BIOS for the machine? Corsair Employees Corsair Rick Posted February 23, 2019 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 23, 2019 Hello Kali, Vegan made a great suggestion. It's almost always a good idea to be on the latest BIOS. Have you tried the memory at stock settings? Do you still have the stuttering issues?
