return a broken product

hi, i have an open ticket and have to return my memory modules for exchange, everything has been given the go ahead, I have asked several times on my ticket where the hell do i send the broken memory back to ???.

My ticket number is 839261, i live in the UK. this ticket has been going back and forth via email for a month now, surely its not that hard letting me know where to actually send the memory so i can get the replacements.
