No Progress on ticket #852745

I submitted my ticket, with all relevant information including troubleshooting that I've already attempted, system specs and the part number for the problematic item, on 2-11-19. Please note that the product information was included in the initial ticket survey, in the initial ticket notation itself, and in the photo that I uploaded. That day, I also uploaded a copy of the invoice/receipt. The only response I have received was requesting a copy of the product sticker which, as previously mentioned, had already been supplied in 3 different locations. I uploaded yet another copy of the picture and have yet to hear anything back on this issue.


Any assistance that can be offered on this would be greatly appreciated.
