No answers for Ticket # 839568

My RMA has also been held up by the address for my RMA being wrong. I have provided the tracking number, as well as been in contact with the USPS. However, Corsair support has provided me with no information on what I am to do. USPS will return my RMA by the end of the week if Corsair does not pick it up. Per the usps, they are holding quite a few packages with the same problem.

 

Please update my ticket with a status and figure out how to pick up my rma package ASAP. This is unacceptable. A) I have a defective unit and B) I have paid for it to be sent back per your process C) you have gone dark. My only next option is filing a complaint with Amazon, and the BBB.
