blues63
I tried running a TWINX 2048 3200 kit on my new MSI K8N Neo2 board, but neither I nor a local system builder could get it to work. Have since RA'd the memory and got a credit from my supplier. But I still need at least 2GB on my system. The local guy says try, e.g., 2 sets of TWINX 1024 3200C2 for a total of four sticks. Is that going to work? Are there any downsides to doing that? Thanks.
Wired
YES. It will place more stress on the memory controller. Also, it'll lower the FSB to 333 Mhz.
