HansYupp
my PC-3200 XL Pro set is 'causing my machine to reboot and is failing memtest 86 (version 3.2) again. this Set was RMA'd twice last year is now doing the same thing again. It seems to run fine for a Few months and then problems start again. Machine starts Randomly Crashing and one module fails memtest86. It's getting kind of expensive to ship this memory back to you for replacement. I have two Platinum XL 1gig sets that seem to be running fine in the machine. Timings are @ 2-2-2-6 2.75v Turbo and PAT are set to Auto. Legacy USB disabled Bios Version 1019 Machine is P4CEE 3.20ghz, Asus P4C800-E Deluxe, 2048mb Corsair TwinX PC3200XL, 256mb Geforce 6800GT, Enermax EG465P-VE. Anyway, Please Replace my faulty memory again.

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted March 7, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted March 7, 2005 Hans, that would suggest some other problem, with what you have posted. I would try setting the Dim Voltage to 2.85 Volts and test the suspect module.

I would try setting the Dim Voltage to 2.85 Volts and test the suspect module. Increasing the voltage didn't help. it still fails. Please Replace the Pro Set Again.
