Unaddressed "Memory could not be read" error message at shutdown

Hello!

 

I registered to this forum only to report this annoying problem that has apparently been already brought to attention here at least thrice in 2016, 2017 and 2018 without any real fix being produced since.

 

Now it is 2019 and it is my turn to make the yearly request of a proper fix, hoping that something can really be done after three years.

 

The product I am using is the otherwise excellent Void Pro RGB wireless headset.

Try version 3.18.77 if you're using an Asus Xonar sound card. Several users on this forum have investigated the issue and have found there to be some sort of compatibility issue with the newer icue versions and Xonar drivers/software, but there hasn't been any acknowledgement from Corsair.
