H100I Cant find device

Hey Guys,

 

So I'm having some issues with my PC finding my lovely new cooler in Corsair Link.

 

After browsing these forums I downloaded USBDeview and can see that I have an active "Generic USB Device" under VendorID "1b1c" which I believe to be my cooler. This device is in Port 003, Hub 004 which I managed to trace back in device manager to: human interface devices -> USB Input Device. Ive tried searching for a new driver, reverting back to older versions of the link software (4.7.0.7) as well as disabling driver verification but unfortunately my PC doesn't want to recognise it.

 

Does anyone have any ideas?
