ticket #833865 - After about 2 months you haven't RESOLVE problem

I have keyboard corsair STRAFE RGB with problem of doublepress key and 1 led wrong..

I have contac support, with ticket #819402 at 04 december 2018 and after some test they answer me that need to ship for waranty, and all ok...


I have ask express RMA because i can't write without keyboard and i pay for new one until i send back my oldest...


ookk...they open another ticket #833865 and instead EXPRESS RMA is like "Very slow RMA".


i press on pay, confirm to use my cc info and "submit" and appear error:


"invalid ADDRESS bla bla bal" without insert any credit card info..


i have make video, after over 1 months and many question about address...they don't solve..


I WANT PAY FOR RMA EXPRESS but you don't resolve your problem with form...


Send me another way to pay..another link .... is like a joke...


i assembly pc and this is my first and last time with corsair
