proverbguy
I sent an email to tech support and they said i needed to contact someone in the forum for an RMA here's my original email Can i get some help? Hi I have two 512 (1GB) memory chips that do not work. The sellers warranty has expired. When they tested the memory they said it would not register on my motherboard, nor would it register on any motherboard they had. They were an authorized dealer. I have trying to contact tech support by phone but have been unable to contact a real person. Please advise me on what steps I need to take. I'm not sure what information you need but this is all the information stamped on the memory.
