Is this the normal process for an rma?

This is my first rma for anything so I'm not familiar with the process. I submitted an rma on the 2nd around 5pm est and received and email with my support ticket number but when I go on my corsair profile it shows "you have no support tickets".I know these things can take time but I just want to make sure I'm not waiting and something went wrong.



Well I figured it out. Under https://www.corsair.com/us/en/my-account/support-tickets it shows no support tickets but under https://support.corsair.com/ it does and is waiting for me to provide proof of purchase..... Probably could have saved myself a lot of time oops


Ended up cancelling the ticket and going through the retailer I got it from but i'll leave this up in case someone else ever spaces out as hard as I did on this issue.
