DevBiker
Do you have a custom fan curve and, if so, what is the control variable?

c-attack
In iCUE, select the Commander Pro device and go to the Performance Panel. If you left your fans on one of three presets (Quiet/Balanced/Extreme), then those fans are running from CPU temperature by default. Since you CPU changes temperature every second, you are going to get a lot of dynamic fan shifts using them. We are suggesting you get yourself on your own curve you can control. Click the + symbol at the end of the Performance tab. This will create a new "cooling mode" or custom curve. Above the graph is a drop down menu of many motherboard variables. Pick something appropriate for your system, like GPU temperature or Coolant temperature if you have a Corsair cooler. Then assign to points to relevant values. The fixed speed and fixed % options are also located within the custom curve settings.
