berlin88 Posted December 22, 2018 Share Posted December 22, 2018 For whatever reason, my Dark Core RGB SE mouse has stopped working, when I have it connected via the USB cable. Windows brings up a message about the USB device not being recognized. I tried doing a firmware update, but that didn't work, as the mouse stops working the moment I plug in the USB cable. My mouse was working just fine last night, so why did it suddenly stop working? I am using it in wireless mode right now, since it refuses to work when I have the USB cable plugged in. Apophis3 Posted December 24, 2018 Share Posted December 24, 2018 The firmware will set up tables internally, which may get corrupted and cause issues like this.
