Can anyone help? Ticket#824831

Hi,

 

My unit (GTX1080 model) started crashing while gaming about a week ago. The game would crash 2 - 3 minutes from launch. There would be a black screen followed by really loud fan noise.

 

I see that there are similar users encountering issues similar to mine. But I did not see any solutions.

 

I have submitted a ticket when the issue happened. But I have received two response in total saying they will look into it, with no feedback afterwards.

 

I am wondering if it is possible to return the unit as this is already my second one; the first one died within a week. If not, can I get a replacement at least? Would a different model help with reliability?

Hate to bring the negative energy to here as people seem happy with the new system update.

 

However, I am still not hearing back...the last msg I got was the request was sent to relevent department, reply back if not hearing in 48 hours...and that message was five days ago...

 

What do I have to do to get some help from Corsair?
