RodrigoDRT
Just got this brand new K95 RGB platinum and this little piece in the picture bellow came damaged, I don't wanna go thru a whole return process just because of this IF it's possible to just replace this piece: https://imgur.com/a/mf8swjP
c-attack
Uh oh. More K95P volume wheel issues. No, I am not aware of that specific piece being available, however you might be able to fix it yourself. This seems to be the leading manufacturing problem on that board and volume wheels get jammed in. Some users have been able to unstick it by putting the pieces in the right place. On the other hand, not everyone likes to take apart a brand new keyboard with potential warranty claim issues as a result. Just to make things worse, there is always a possibility the new board may have the same issue. This problem is that prevalent. Tough call. RodrigoDRT
Oh gee..... im afraid to try to remove it as it is and break it and have no replacement and be left with a shiny new k95 with a broken piece....
c-attack
Yes, I felt the same way, but had easy return options with the vendor. I just didn’t think it would take 4 tries. Nevertheless, I do think the exchange is the smarter way to go.
Ektelion
Go to vendor and replace it, dont touch it yourself, you paid so much money you at least deserve a 100% functional without issues keyboard. Rma process has been awesome so far with Corsair myself, don't have any complaints other than improving the quality control a bit...
