Can this piece be replaced?

Uh oh. More K95P volume wheel issues. No, I am not aware of that specific piece being available, however you might be able to fix it yourself. This seems to be the leading manufacturing problem on that board and volume wheels get jammed in. Some users have been able to unstick it by putting the pieces in the right place. On the other hand, not everyone likes to take apart a brand new keyboard with potential warranty claim issues as a result. Just to make things worse, there is always a possibility the new board may have the same issue. This problem is that prevalent. Tough call.

Go to vendor and replace it, dont touch it yourself, you paid so much money you at least deserve a 100% functional without issues keyboard.

Rma process has been awesome so far with Corsair myself, don't have any complaints other than improving the quality control a bit...
