Requesting RMA - Bad Memory

Hello,

 

We have been having issues with a system. It would not post properly. We originally suspected the motherboard and replaced it but the problems persisted. Further troubleshooting isolated the issue to the RAM and upon replacing it with a similar stick the system booted/posted fine.

 

We would like to obtain a replacement.

 

System Information:

 

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA7N400L

CPU: AMD Athlon XP 2200+ 266FSB

Memory: Corsair XMS CMX256A-2700C2

 

This system is not running dual channel, it is just a single Corsair module.

 

Operating system is XP home.

If after 1 day or 24 hours excluding weekends you do not get the rma please email the same to warranty@corsairmemory.com and we will help to resolve it.
