The new one was sent to me from Hong Kong and arrived in Greece where I live yesterday. Today I got a call from FedEx saying that I should pay 100+€ for import customs and services. I was blown away! It would cost me more to get an rma item back than to buy a new one. Has this happened to anyone else? What should I do?
