Youtube Play/Pause hotkey with icue

Hello everyone

 

So i want to assign a hot key on my keyboard for youtube playback by that i mean play/pause hotkey button.

 

So what i want to do is, while i play for example black ops 4 and while waiting for the game to start i would like in the background to start or stop my youtube video.

 

Now i know i can alt+tab but is there a way to assign a hotkey via icue to stop or resume the video without alt+tabing "leaving the game"
