Bad XMS 3200XL Twinx

hi, i have a 1 gig twinx kit (3200xl) they workes very well for 6 month. but yesterday the computer didnt boot. so i replaced the ram an i got into the bios. then i put in one module and it worked. but if i put in both modules it doesnt boot. one module is damaged i think, because one works great in single channel and the other won doesn t work (the pc is unbootable)

 

now my question is:

 

do you have a german support number?

i tried the online rma but i need security number or anything else i don t know how to get it. i can t find a german support number at the webpage.

 

my next question is, if i get a completely new twinx kit or only one dimm

Yes, please contact your reseller as they should be able to help you.

Also can you tell me the make and model of MB you have along with the CPU speed and it’s FSB as well? In addition, please tell me the bios settings you have set for both CPU and memory and any performance settings that you may have set?

the most bios settings are at standart. the memory size is 2x512mb ram

cmx-3200Xl twinx kit rev 1.1

vdimm is at 2.9 because my motherboard does undervolt 0.1 volt.

i have a albarton px915Ppro mainbaord with socket 775 an a p4 530.

fsb is at 200 mhz wit 1:1 ratio. i have the dimms bought in the usa. so i have no reseller. i ve bought it because corsair has livetime warianty. can you help me? or do you need more informations??

Please send us a email with a copy of the form or all of your info name address and phone# and the Module part# and copy the link to this post and email it to Rma@corsairmemory.com.

If after 1 day or 24 hours excluding weekends you do not get the rma please email the same to warranty@corsairmemory.com and we will help to resolve it.
