Corsair iCUE not installing

I've already searched through the forums haven't found a solution.

 

This is the first so called Corsair Cue peripheral product I've bought

 

I have a Corsair Hydro Series H115i Pro running on Corsair Link 4. Link 4 is up to date.

 

The error being shown is "Initialization error: cannot read package: C:\Users\zero07\Downloads\iCUESetup_3.10.125_release.msi.

 

Please advise
