LL120 Fans Not spinning (LED works)

Literally just got these in the mail an hour ago and after tutorials and the hassle, I managed to plug everything in that needed to be plugged in and of course the LEDs work on all 3 fans but the fans are not spinning. Everything is plugged in, I dont understand and I cant find anyone who has this problem with these fans. It is the 3 pack with the commander pro etc. I checked on corsair link and their RPM is actually be recorded and updated but they just dont spin. They are brand new not used. I restarted my computer a bit ago and one of the fans spun for not even half a second and then stopped again. I'm completely lost.

Re-reading what i said, im gonna take a wild guess and say im SUPPOSE to plug that 2nd cable in for the power? Ive never had fans require something like that, its usually powered from the hub and thats it. Still not sure how to make them all work since plugging the other 2 in arent making them spin

I'll take it as a given that you've also never had fans that have addressable RGB either ... right?

The fans have two connectors. 1 is for the RGB. 1 is a standard fan header like you have on any other PWM fans that provides power and makes the fan spin.

Check out the RGB FAQ. It's all listed there.

I've only ever had standard molex power/remote control fans so all of this is complicated to me. In the time from my original post I purchased a commander pro (I saw I said the fans came with it, but i meant node pro thing) but I've still been having a lot of the same problems. I plug my fans in from fan 1-3 in the commander pro and still no spinning. They are stuck on 0 RPM in Link and iCUE. I've tried using each program individually (using one, uninstalling the other and vice versa) to see if it makes a difference since someone had told me it could be an interference problem. Still no luck. It seems only one fan will spin when the timing is right. The fan I have as an exhaust will spin ONLY in the 4th port on the commander pro but none of the others will spin using the same port even when i turn on any of the ports for fan usage in Link or iCUE. As of typing this after some restarts and googling, the exhaust fan no longer will spin in the 4th port as well as the others still not spinning. Ive been told its a bios thing, which I checked out and still no use.

When I used link, I turned the fan selection to auto to see if they would be detected but they were not. On iCUE it claims they have 0 RPM but the 3rd one has almost 19k RPM and not spinning
