I have already created a support ticket but just came to know that I need to walk into a Kaizen outlet. The concerned RAM stick is about 7 years old so I am not even sure if it is under warranty. As for the invoice it is recommended that you have it, but if you do not, see if you can contact India Support (indiaservice @corsair.com) to see if they are able to help you.
