DHL pickup issue

My Corsair AX1200i has start problems and I have opened an RMA.


Through the ticket support I have been provided with a prepaid DHL label.To make the shipment DHL ask me for a 9-digit number that starts with 95 or 96. This number is the import account number.


For days I have not received an answer to my questions in the ticket support. I have also asked if what I include in the package is correct. I think that they ask me to include all the power cables except the AC cable that connects from the wall socket to the power supply, but I am not sure if i understood it well.


My ticket number is 805715
