I can not login to support center for request a RMA

When I entered support, a form appears asking me to edit my account: shipping information.

I enter all the fields that the form requests, and the indicator of all the fields as they have been filled are in green.

When I click on the submit button, the following message appears:

"All of the required fields have not been filled in. Please check your entries and submit again".

I have repeated the process many times, always obtaining the same result.

Clarification: if I make the login on the corsair.com website I do not have any problem, and I already have a shipping address.

I urgently need a solution to be able to process an RMA of Corsair Hydro Series H100i v2, the pump has broken.
