K95 RGB Pause Animation When Loading Games

I did a search through some of the available posts, so I come to you here.

Event occurs at about 22 seconds in the video.

 

When my computer begins heavy I/O load, the animations on the keyboard pause. This will occur several times during these heavy I/O loads. I am assuming it is related to I/O (either CPU, HDD Data Transfers).

 

Is there anyone else that is experiencing this? This has been occurring since day 1.
