Harambe
The fans are working, i can feel the vibration in the tube but when i turn on pc temp goes up to 100c and saw in corsair link pump is at 0 I already checked the bios and unchecked smart fan mode and set all to 100 max Still 0 rpm in the pump. Is this an rma? Or there is a possible solution, my friend says replace the thermal paste which i doubt will dry up considering its only a year since i bought this
DevBiker
This isn't thermal paste. This is indicative of a dead pump. If you had smart fan control on this entire time, that's likely the root cause - this pump needs a full 12V at all times and smart fan control will try to control the "fans" by reducing voltage. It's time to try the RMA path.

c-attack
Yes, your BIOS cannot recognize the pump on the end of it because the device is no longer responding to the signal. It could be an electrical or mechanical failure. You need to replace it.
