Barbaro55
Hi, i`m having a problem with my H115i RGB platinum, it`s connected to the commander pro and fans and pump are lighting but it doesn`t appears on ICUE, and on Device Manager. I have tried to conect it to the motherboard, but same result. It doesn`t appear on usbdeview too. I also have tried another usb cable, but also, same result. My PC it`s a MSI X470 M7 gaming Ac, Ryzen 2700x, commander pro, node lighting pro and 6 ll140 (2 on the radiator). Any help please? DevBiker
First, try connecting direct to the motherboard. Does that work? (Yes, I understand that you may need to disconnect the CoPro temporarily.) If that doesn't work, use a standard microUSB cable and try to connect to one of the rear IO ports. Also, look in USBDeView for Vendor ID 1b1c and Product ID 0c17 - it may not appear as "H115i Platinum" there. It certainly doesn't appear that way in Device Manager. Barbaro55
I have alredy tried both ways and nothing. it doesn´t appear on USBdeview. I think it`s something related to drivers but i don´t really know whats happening.
DevBiker
If it was drivers, you'd should still see it in USBDeView, even if no details were in place. You'd also see it in Device Manager as an unrecognized device. Try unplugging and plugging it back in to the USB connection while the system is running. Do you hear a USB disconnect/connect sound? Barbaro55
I have tried plugging and unplugging and there is no sound at all
DevBiker
And have you tried a standard micro USB routed to rear IO?
Barbaro55
I have tried my microUSB phone charge cable into my front and rear USB with the same result Edited December 3, 2018 by Barbaro55
DevBiker
I have tried my microUSB phone charge cable into my front and rear USB Hmmm ... need to be careful with those. Not all of them have the data connections. When you use it to connect your phone to the computer, does it only charge or does it connect the phone to the system? IF it does and you still don't see the cooler in USBDeView or in iCue, then there's a problem with the cooler.
