matteodev
Hi, I have a Corsair Strafe RGB (CH-9000227-IT). Some leds didn't work well, so I tried to manually replace the firmware, but now the keyboard isn't longer recognized by icue. I tried to use the firmware of this topic, but I didn't solve it. A few days ago I created a ticket but I didn't received any answer. How can I solve it? Thanks!

socialwaif
How do you mean? https://support.corsair.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/29 Most Corsair keyboards have a soft-reset function which can be used to fix a multitude of typing or lighting issues. If you are experiencing key chatter, incorrect lighting colors, or the inability to type, trying this may correct your issue. Performing a soft-reset: Unplug the keyboard With the keyboard unplugged, hold down the ESC key. While holding down the ESC key, plug the keyboard back into the computer. After about 5 seconds, release the ESC key. If done correctly, your keyboard's lighting will flash.
