Shooter3k
Ok, couple of questions. Right now I'm running 2 3200LLPT's. I'm wondering what the difference is between the 3200LLPT and the 3200XLPT. On the chart it shows the LLPT is higher up on the chart, suggesting it is better than the XLPT. But the memory timings on the XLPT are actually lower than the LLPT. What is the difference between the LLPT and XLPT and which is better? Also, will there be any compatibility issues if you mix them. Thank you for your time, Shooter3k
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 28, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 28, 2005 What does C2, LL, PT, R or RE stand for in the part#?
Wired
It is not recommended to mix memory modules of different part # or revision #. Also, the lower timings the better.
